The May Sanctuary is almost full so I have booked an additional date and we now have an April Sanctuary which will have a Yin focus.
A Yin practice consists of common asanas (postures) held passively for at least three minutes which allows the release of deep layers of connective tissue, becoming a very relaxing, nurturing practice for your mind and your physical body. We use our breath to focus and let go, observing sensation.
There will of course be time for tea both before and after class.
Feel free to arrive from 2:15pm, bring along a cushion as well as a blanket. Wear warm, comfortable layers, socks are a good idea too!
Lots of on site parking available.
