Notley Yoga Centre, Slamseys Farm

Yoga classes for every body, for everyone...
Welcome to eyoga, local classes where beginners are always welcome.
Can't touch your toes? This is not a requirement at eyoga, it is simply taking time to listen to your body and invite space.
Yoga uses the body, the breath and the mind in union and is an opportunity to take some time for you.
eyoga classes have an emphasis on finding space, along with an invitation to bring your awareness into your body, to encourage a sense of 'letting go', promoting both physical and mental well-being.
If you run or regularly exercise in a gym, a yoga class can help release tension build up within the muscles, bringing balance and can prevent injury.
There is no competition at eyoga, you work within your body's limitations. Modifications and progressions are offered to allow all levels to enjoy the class.
All classes require pre booking and are payable in 4 week blocks.
Please bring along a mat and a blanket for savasana, our relaxation, and wear comfortable layers. It is advised that you don't eat two hours before practise.
Please arrive ten minutes prior to the class time to settle.
